I've added a note and link to the interpretive rule in the commentary to the definition of "prohibited basis" in section 1002.2 of Reg B in BOL's Regulations pages.

Thank you. It will be interesting to see if the CFPB will later amend the ECOA notice wording to explain that discrimination on the basis of sex includes gender identity and sexual orientation.
