The new URLA includes a section to be completed by lender called Lender Loan Information. Is this form required to be used by the lender? Is it required that the borrower be provided a copy of this form?

Found this link https://www.bankersonline.com/qa/use-lender-information-form-0 which suggests whether or not you use it depends on your investor but it doesn’t address whether the borrower needs to be provided a copy.

I cannot find anything definitive, but I am not sure why the lender would be required to provide it to the applicant. The applicant is not attesting to the accuracy on that document when they sign the application.
