I know this question has been asked before but I cannot find thread:

FinCEN had proposed rule that if a business has multiple DBAs then there should be a separate Part 1 completed for each DBA. Has this rule gone into effect? Last I saw it was postponed and I have not found anything that it is now in effect. Thank you

No, I have not yet seen them finalize this rule yet.
