We have a 100% wholly owned subsidiary who handles our entire mortgage origination process, and we have a contract with them to pay them for all of the services they provide. For the services they provide, the borrower is not given the option to go elsewhere for the same services. Is there any exclusion in RESPA that would permit us to NOT disclose them on our Affiliated Business Arrangement disclosure? They're not listed today, and no one can explain why or if this was addressed previously.
