We will be starting to use a business debit card agreement soon for our commercial customers. I know Reg E time frames do not apply and I have been unable to find any other time frames we have to follow. Are there any requirements from other sources that limit how many days we can take to investigate a claim on a business debit card? We use Mastercard, if that makes a difference. Could we set our investigation time to 120 days for ATM and POS transactions?
