We were just told from Lereta that the property is now in a flood zone and we notified the customer. They are disputing it.

Do we need to force place flood insurance within 45 days of notification while they are disputing?

Yes - you would be required to force place within 45 days of the letter sent to the customer notifying them of the change.

Skittles is correct!

One tool that we use to eye-ball flood zone's is FEMA's Stay Dry application. It runs through Google Earth and is pretty cool. While it isn't an "official" determination, it does allow you to show/see flood areas based on the address entered.
