Hello,
We have a force placed policy coming up for renewal and the amount of coverage we place will increase from last year. Does this trigger the required series of letters again or are we ok with just sending the one renewal letter?

How in the world does the required force placed flood insurance amount increase from year to year?

Last year's premium was added to the loan balance..
