Have a construction perm 1 time closing that is in a flood zone. FiServ software has no ability at this time to provide escrow analysis for an interst only product and allowing us to do an analysis for next year. Does anyone have a template that they are willing to share to allow us to manually do the analysis? I have one for the initial analysis but not for next years. Any sharing would be wonderful. Are you on Fiserv Navigator? If so, have you thought about changing the interest method to a 1 or 6 and then set up an alternate payment schedule to see if that will get you an analysis? That's what they told us to do but we had to manually update the escrow amount in the Alternate Schedule after the analysis was run.
