Good Morning:

We are switching P2P providers. How many days prior notice do we need to give our clients, 21, 30, or 60? Thank you.

What does your current P2P agreement indicate?

Is switching providers going to be a negative to the customers based on terms and costs requiring advance notice, or is it one of convenience as a Zelle user is connected to other Zelle users? I don't know if the brand loyalty here would be deemed a negative or not. Reg E (21) trumps Reg DD (30), but customer convenience may be the driving issue if there isn't a contractual requirement as Randy noted.

Oh, and I'm assuming these are consumer accounts. If not, Regs E and DD are moot.
