Can an account that is set up as a DBA, but using an EIN number be levied for back child support if the levy is under the SS of the individual?

A sole-proprietor only uses an EIN to pay FICA taxes for employees they have as part of their business. It is not a separate entity and funds are not protected from their individual obligations. Since this is a legal document, if you're not sure how to apply it, you should ask legal counsel to review.
