I am curious if other FIs give immediate access to Zelle for new enrollments into Online and Mobile Banking? If so is there a limit for new users that differs from the standard limit of other clients?

I am attempting to understand what the industry preference may be with Zelle due to the network liability on the real time settlement of network.
