Are you able to log in to FinCEN's e-filing website, where you e-file CTRs? Multiple users at our bank cannot do so, for the past 2 days running. Not sure if this is a problem on our end, or theirs. I've never seen FinCEN's site fail to load.

OP here. It turned out that our organization's security settings were blocking the website. This had to be fixed internally.

I would recommend contacting FinCEN ASAP to work out any kinks before there is a potential late filing.
