Our CFO would like information on whether our small bank ($190MM) is a candidate to become a CDFI.

We are looking for information on what to expect in area of costs to form and fund the CDFI. What personnel requirements
will be necessary along with the expertise to operate the CDFI.

As an alternate, would our small bank be better positioned to fund loans or investments to existing CDFIs in our area.

CDFIs serve economically disadvantaged individuals and communities. Besides credit unions, most CDFIs are just lenders and investors.
