Is the annual disclosure statement still required by Federal Reserve regulated banks?

The one that says: The Federal Reserve Board requires State-Chartered Banks that are members of the Federal Reserve System to prepare, and make available on request, annual disclosure statements of the bank's financial condition. (one copy is available free of charge).

That's the FDIC's rule being voided. However, it states that the Fed's similar requirement, which was in section 208.17 of Regulation H, was removed in 1998 (section 208.17 no longer exists).

If you have been posting the notice and preparing a copy of your financials for member of the public as a Fed Member bank for the last 23 years, you've been wasting time and money.
