I have been asked to obtain a copy of the Visa by-laws, rules and regulations. I found the Visa core rules and Visa Product and Service rules document as of April 17 2021. I also found the Visa U.S A. Inc. Operating Regulation volume 1 general rules from November 15, 2008. Can anyone confirm for me that either of these would be the by laws and or rules and regulations that I am being asked to obtain? or is there another Visa Manual that I should be attempting to find. We do not do our own charge backs, but being in the service industry and offering credit cards-, felt we should have a way of being familiar with the rules/regs for our customers. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

The website that still have the November 15, 2008 rules is not a Visa sanctioned website. That document is 13 years out of date.
