How many banks review your middle/moderate risk rating customers and if so how often? Any requirements to review moderate/middle risk rating customers?

If they have a private ATM (that they don't self fund) or are medium risk cash intensive we review annually to ensure everything is that same as last time reviewed.

Unless there is a triggering event we look at moderate customers every 12 months.

I review my moderate and high risk customers annually as well. Activity is constantly alerting though based on alerts I set up specifically with lower thresholds for mod/higher risk customers.
