We are in the process of revising the consumer part of our website and would like to include a link to our account fees and T&Cs instead of including the long list of items on the main landing page. I know that there is risk in ensuring that the link stays current and that we need to ensure that the subsequent webpage has the appropriate information (Fees and T&Cs). With that in mind, is there any regulatory prohibition against doing this?

We do not have either of those on our home page. We have the fee schedule on one page under deposits and we do not post our T & C on-line, they receive it at account opening. I don't see why you wouldn't be fine doing what you're asking.
