I haven't seen this reported by BOL (daily emails or Top Story) or by other compliance resources but the CFPB issued Reg. E FAQs on 6/4/21. Here is a link.

There are 8 rather uncontroversial questions and answers in that list. It's a shame they haven't dug into some of the more difficult or contentious issues like those that show up in these threads every day!

Agree John. When my team first started reviewing the questions I was envisioning a nice follow-up to my Visa/MC webinars. Instead all I had was some basic facts that I cover every year.
