Initially my thought is no, these are checks the person prints themselves. But the reality is people have been printing checks at home for many years. It would be more helpful to see what one looks like, but if they can go thru mobile deposit procedures, I'd bet some banks have accepted them knowingly or not.
How much are these for, and for banks accepting them, is it based on the amount and the history of the account? I'd think most practices would be safe as these wouldn't be large items, I wouldn't think.
