We have a MLO that would like to post the MBA's mortgage rate projection sheet on his professional social media accounts. The projection sheet includes trigger terms like 30-year fixed, and simple interest rates. However, since we are not advertising our products, just the rate projections, do we actually need the additional disclosures?
