Hello, we have a TRID loan where the customer followed the eConsent requirements under eSIGN. The loan is now renewing to increase the loan amount, and TRID is triggered again. Does the customer have to follow eConsent requirements again, or does the original eConsent count toward our renewal TRID docs? (Hope this made sense).

It will all depend on your original E-Sign consent agreement and whether or not it is written broadly enough to cover successive transactions.

Also, to take it a step farther--if you discover that your original consent agreement isn't broad enough to cover the current need, then this is justification for amending it to be more flexible.
