Wondering if anyone has received a verification of employment that asked about any garnishments attached to said person and where the garnishments were sent. Would you supply that information if asked?

I would NOT supply that information. Garnishments, levies, etc. are an effort to satisfy a judgement against a debtor. Judgements are listed on a person's Credit Bureau Report and that is how a perspective creditor can obtain this type of information.

Unless it's some kind of authentic court document that you are able to properly verify, I wouldn't give out any information - Privacy !!!!!
