I have several employees that are on the Board of our local Hospice office. Looking at financials in trying to decide if we can get Comm Dev credit or not, it shows that 91% of payments come from Medicare, 6% from Medicaid, 2% from Commercial Ins, 0.5% from Self Pay and 0.5% Charitable Care.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this work to get credit?

You need to show that the majority of beneficiaries qualify as low- or moderate-income. Medicare is no indication of that, unfortunately. Does the organization collect any information about the income (not wealth) of patients it serves?
