We have the funds availability lobby notice posted in our branches (the branches not being remodeled), along with a notice at each window or desk that accepts deposits. At issue here is whether we still need to have a lobby notice if we have the disclosure at each window or desk. We are remodeling our branches and the new branches do not have the lobby notice. I notice that Reg. CC is very vague, yet still offers model disclosures.

If you have those "lobby" notices at each teller station there is no need to have one in the lobby.
