We have a customer that owns Commercial Real Estate (the bank has a lien on this property) in Oklahoma and wants to lease the space to a Whole Sale Distributor that would store (Raw Cannabis) and sell Medical MMJ to dispensaries.
We currently do not have policies and procedures for this type of customer, but would like to consider banking them.
If this is something you do, bank only in Texas but have a commercial customer like the one above, will you share feedback?
