Hello all! I have been away for a few years and am happy to be able to be back! I have a quick question; it may be buried in here somewhere, but my search is not working for some reason and I am having no luck with other sites (so have pity on me please).

Can anyone tell me the most recent version number & release date for the Suspicious Activity Report? Also if it was updated after 2018, could you tell me the effective date?

Any help is appreciated.

Well, since they have to all be filed electronically now - there is not actually a form anymore.

Ok, that's what I figured, it's just that the instructions are from 2020 and I am looking at printed SARs that have a revised date of 2018. It had me confused.
