We are currently using adverse action notices that includes a checklist with all the adverse action reasons listed in Part I - Principal Reason(s) for Credit Denial, Termination, or Other Action Taken Concerning Credit

We can delete reasons from the list that are either not applicable to our bank or never use? Correct?
