How do you all handle signers for cashier's checks? The DDA we use gets an updated signature card any time there is a new employee or termination. This seems a bit cumbersome and unnecessary to me. We have a "Teller Manual" which lists who is authorized to sign and their signing limit. If it is listed in a policy, which one do you have it under?

Totally an internal decisions as to how to manage. Most bank checks are electronically signed now-a-days when they are produced from blank check stock. Few banks still have stacks of cashier's checks lying around.
