Has anyone received service credit from their regulator for providing financial literacy videos, blogs/tips, or calculators via their Bank's website? We are exploring financial literacy options aside from in-person or virtual lessons conducted by staff via our community partners serving majority of LMI. Tracking individuals accessing the materials via the Bank's website poses a challenge to determine majority are LMI.

I think it would be a hard sell without tracking. LMI individuals are already technologically challenged as far as access, etc.
