I have a general inquiry in regards to accepting consumer information over the telephone for the purposes of prequalification.

Specifically:
1) Can TCPA consent be collected over the telephone?
2) Are there any Terms of Use/Privacy Policy components that need to be verbally provided to the customer? Does the customer need to indicate that they agree to Terms and Privacy Policies prior to the collection of their information over the telephone?
3) Is there any guidance available on specific language that needs to be delivered to the consumer in order to obtain FCRA credit consent?
