Certain documents signed by joint account holders contain information regarding the individuals on the account. Is there any privacy concerns with joint account holders or signers on the account seeing information not necessary for them to see? For example is there any privacy concerns with all signers being able to see another signers TIN or DL number?

No privacy concerns there. These individuals have presumably agreed to jointly own the account. They also share access to the information each owner has provided to the bank to support the account's opening.

What about signers for a business account? Is it presumed that by providing identification information to be signer on an account the are agreeing that this information can be share with other signers?

Who has access to information on a business account would be governed by the corporate resolution or other document provided to the bank. Someone may be granted the ability to endorse checks but that may not give them free access to all information about the account depending on the nature of the permissions granted by the governing board, members, partners, etc.
