Can someone please explain this statement to me? "It is the intent of the Trustors to maintain ownership of this asset as Husband Trustor’s Separate Property." Thank you!

Trusts are govern under State law. You need to be asking your legal counsel taking into consideration the rest of the trust agreement and how it is set up.
