Just getting some answers on what others do regarding replacement debit card fees - do you charge cardholders a fee when they request a replacement debit card because it is damaged or worn out? Do you allow a certain number of requests before the fee is charged? And what about customers who repeatedly lose their card? Just getting some thoughts - looking into certain situations and just curious what others are doing! Thanks in advance!

Not when it's worn/damaged once due to age. Not when they have an unauthorized trans. But repeatedly losing it, yes.

We don't charge for a worn card or fraud. We do charge when it is lost.

At what point should you consider that having to repeatedly replace lost cards is too costly, and you "Just say no"? Are you not experiencing any unauthorized transactions using the lost cards that may have been found by someone else?

The # of replacements is very low John, sorry if I made it sound like we allow 10 replacements. And your second question, luckily it's a very low volume currently.
