I am really confused as to what transactions UCC4A apply to and who receives notice to ensure compliance with UCC Article 4A with respect to ACH credit transactions

Annual ACH Audit - Does the RDFI provide Receivers with proper notice to ensure compliance with UCC Article 4A with respect to ACH credit transactions?

I am a little confused. Is that from the current official required ACH audit - I have not seen a copy in the long time and it is not available to the general public. I can understand that requirement if you are the ODFI in that you need to make sure your originators of credit entries are informed concerning the compliance requirements of UCC-4A. However, as a RDFI - a receiver of a credit entry could be anyone of your customers.

According to the 2020 ACH Rules this applied to CCD or CTX transactions subject to the UCC Article 4A. Our bank covers this by having an UCC Article 4A paragraph in all of our Deposit Agreements. I have always mapped this audit requirement to our deposit agreement.
