Yes.

It's also still required on NOW accounts, if you still have them. But see below.

Technical correction: Per Regulation DD comment 4(b)(5)-1.iii., "Institutions need not disclose reservations of right to require notices for withdrawals from accounts required by federal or state law."

But those reservations of right to require notice must be included in the deposit contract, per Regulation D.
