Could someone confirm that when Discount Points are paid, while they are reported separately on the HMDA LAR, they are also still lumped into the overall Origination Charges, which are also lumped into the Total Loan Costs?

Example: $3,500 Discount Points
$ 500 Underwriting
$ 500 Processing
Reported as $3,500 Discount Points and $4,500 Origination Charges
