If there are joint applicants - an entity (new) and an individual - should an adverse action written notification (our procedures require it to be written) be provided to both the entity and the individual? The particular decline file I am reviewing, the application was declined for "value or type of collateral not sufficient".

Thanks in advance!

The old "When an application involves more than one applicant, notification need only be given to one of them but must be given to the primary applicant where one is readily apparent." answers your question. smile
