Advertisements for our Wealth Management/Trust area are pretty vanilla. We don't talk about "specific" products, but typically use general terms like, "investment needs" or "Financial planning." Do you think using the word "investment" triggers NDIP advertising requirements?

Scenario: We have an ad where we quote one of the advisors where he states something along the lines of, "I'd be happy to help with questions regarding investments or financial planning."

We aren't product-specific, but do the use of the word "investments." Come to think of it, such investment could either be insured or non insured depending on customer goals. (I think I just answered my own question)

NDIP requirements are triggered automatically with the use of the word investment.
