Are commercial loans requests that did not result in an origination HMDA reportable?
Drawing a blank or having senior moment whatever? We recently had an application that was approved but never closed.
Is it reportable? Purpose was to purchase a SFR for investment (rental) purposes. The owner is an LLC.

Yes, they're reportable (as denied, withdrawn, or approved not accepted, as applicable).

Should add (not for you, as i'm sure you're aware, but for anyone else later perusing this thread)--HMDA applies if the normal rules apply (dwelling-secured, not temporary, meets purpose test if business purpose, etc.).
