I have a question on how to handle proceeding in a foreclosure on a construction loan for an individual that has passed away. The borrower is married and the wife was making payments; however, she is not a borrower on the note and has stopped making payments on the loan. The bank is wanting to proceed in foreclosure and since the only borrower has passed, I am looking for guidance on ow to proceed in this.
