In reviewing our files we identified that we have a customer in which we have a Letter of Guardianship of Incapacitated Person and Conservatorship of Disable Person dated December 27, 1989. Should we also have Rep Payee paperwork in the file for Social Security as we have Social Security Deposits coming the name of the Guardian for the benefit of our disabled customer?

Thank you in advance for your responses.

Unless that is in your policy, why would you need it? For what purpose?

I agree -- you don't need it unless it's a policy concern.
