if you have a loan application in process and issued all early disclosures and the property they was going to purchase
falls through and they do find a new home (property) and provide a new sales contract can we just issue a
Change of Circumstance with the new collateral address or do we withdraw or ANA depending where the loan is in the process
as this point and have them reapply with the new property address??

Your option. Not sure why you would go through a whole re-application process.
