Does anyone use Compliance Systems (CSi) for documents when originating home equity loans? We are testing a new system/documents and have found the Deed of Trust to be out of compliance for Washington State. I would love to chat.

Just curious - what is out of compliance and have you contacted CSI? Sort of unusual since they usually warranty compliance.
