Under which section of the LE is an HOA Estoppel fee disclosed? Should it be Section C with Title-, Section H - Other or Section B? Our thinking is Section B.

Section B - the borrower cannot shop as the fee is paid to the homeowner's association and it is a requirement of the loan.
