We have changed our HELOC to a 10-year draw followed by a 20-year repayment. Payments are interest-only during the draw period and fully amortized over the repayment period. Are we required to give a payment example for the repayment period showing a sample line amount and what monthly payments would be?

I am not aware that 1026.16 requires the disclosure of payments amounts. The mention of payments is what triggers additional disclosures.

Is this for advertising (open end product ads 1026.16) or for disclosures under 1026.40? It says ad in the title where I'm in agreement with Randy, but you weren't specific in the question so I'm covering all bases just in case.
