We have 2 separate denial reasons that would fall under the "Other (9)" category. How would we report these when we only have 1 TEXT field? Currently, 9 is reported twice and both reason are reported in the 1 TEXT field (numbered 1 and 2). Is that how we are supposed to report this circumstance on the HMDA LAR? Thanks!

If Code 9 is selected in any Reason for Denial field, enter the specific other reason(s) for denial not listed above.

You just enter multiple reasons.
