Hi,
When I studies TRID many years ago, I remember there is a rule that we can't share CD (such as share with realtor, title company......). So, we added "Borrower's Consent to Share Information" to take care of that. Today I was asked why we need that consent from Borrower but I can't remember the citation cry .
Can someone please help me to find the regulation?
