Hi,
I’m new to credit card world. I have a question about the credit card ad. disclosure. If we put credit card flyer (not application) at our banking center and customer can take one. Are we required to add “tabular format” on the flyer? Is it considered “solicitation”?

1026.60(a)(1) Definition of solicitation. For purposes of this section, the term solicitation means an offer by the card issuer to open a credit or charge card account that does not require the consumer to complete an application.
