If there is a Reg DD error noted on a consumer's periodic statement, what is the timeline, if any, of when a new, corrected statement must be issued? What if it is a Reg E error?

What sort of error? And why would it only impact one account?

Neither regulation talks about a "corrected" statement. If you charged me a fee incorrectly under Reg DD, you fix it. I'll see the credit to my account on the statement where the credit occurs.

If there is a Reg E error, you give me provisional/final credit (as applicable) within the Reg E timeframes and I see the credit to my account on the statement where the credit occurs.

Thanks Brian, that's what I thought, too.
