I know this isn't necessarily compliance but does anyone post the Equal Employment Opportunity Poster in their lobby? Apparently we did at some point but now it's gone, so wondering if this is a requirement?

I spoke to my HR Director about this not too long ago and was told so long as it's posted online (where we take all applications), we would be fine/compliant.

Thank you, we have it listed there so that makes sense why it is no longer in the lobby.

Every employer covered by the nondiscrimination and EEO laws is required to post on its premises the poster, "Equal Employment Opportunity is the Law." The notice must be posted prominently, where it can be readily seen by employees and applicants for employment.

Would a link to that specific poster need to be on the website as well?

A website used for what purpose? If you are advertising job opening or accepting applications different disclosure rules apply.

Does this need to be in the lobby or can it be in the breakroom?

Where you put it is up to you as long as: "The notice must be posted prominently, where it can be readily seen by employees and applicants for employment."
